The CMN Project is currently supporting a SQUEAC in Mayahi District (Maradi Region), Niger. The process started with a one-day training in Niamey on Wednesday 23rd January. During the following weeks, field teams have been collecting routine program data and qualitative information. The information collected has been organized through the Barriers, Boosters and Questions (BBQ) tool (see upcoming issue of Field Exchange). The tool facilitates the process of triangulating field and program data whilst building a concept map (see image below)
